New Economics courses available at the University of Essex

29 March 2018

The Economics department at the University of Essex expanded its portfolio of courses this week as it announced three new programmes which are available for October 2018 entry.

  • BSc Economics with Computing - allows students to build a comprehensive knowledge of economics whilst developing relevant computing and programming skills.
  • BA Business Economics - provides students with the theoretical and practical skills they need to understand and implement economic decisions made by businesses, managers and financial specialists.
  • MSc Economics with Professional Placement - offers a unique opportunity for students to gain relevant work experience within an external business or organisation, giving them a competitive edge in the job market and providing them with key contacts within the industry.

92% of Essex's economics students expressed overall satisfaction with their course (NSS 2017) and it is not too late to apply for October 2018 entry.

My consultant was very helpful and motivating. She helped me every step of the way, even when the deadline was so close. I feel I could not have done it without her. I'd highly recommend this service to any and all of my many friends interested.
