UK most-represented country in 2019 Times Higher Education Young University Rankings

The UK is the most-represented country in the 2019 Times Higher Education Young University Rankings with 34 institutions making the global list of 351.

Brighton and Sussex Medical School, a joint venture between the University of Brighton and the University of Sussex, led the way for the UK higher education, with its impressive 98% overall student satisfaction score from the the National Student Survey just one reason why it is so highly regarded.

The Times Higher Education Young University Rankings list the world’s best universities that are 50 years old or younger, with the Middlesex UniversityNorthumbria UniversityUniversity of Bournemouth and Liverpool John Moores University completing the UK top five. The table is based on the same performance indicators as the THE World University Rankings, but weightings have been adjusted to give less weight to reputation.
