University for the Creative Arts awarded Gold in 2019 TEF

04 July 2019

The University for the Creative Arts has been awarded Gold in the 2019 update of the Teaching Excellence Framework.

The TEF panel’s findings praise UCA for ensuring that students from all backgrounds receive positive outcomes, citing an ‘institutional culture which facilitates, recognised and rewards excellent teaching.’ It completes a fantastic few weeks for the specialist art and design institution, as they also ranked 13th in the Guardian University Guide’s 2020 league table, becoming the highest ranked creative specialist in the country.

UCA Vice-Chancellor Professor Bashir Makhoul said: “We are delighted to be awarded gold in recognition of the extraordinary support we provide UCA students as they develop their creative potential on our courses.”

My consultant was very helpful and motivating. She helped me every step of the way, even when the deadline was so close. I feel I could not have done it without her. I'd highly recommend this service to any and all of my many friends interested.
