Ranking

Location

London is consistently ranked as the best student city in the world, and Ravensbourne is located in one of the city's most interesting and well-connected areas.

As a truly cosmopolitan capital, London offers endless opportunities to experience the best of British and world culture side-by-side. It boasts thousands of bars, clubs, and restaurants, as well as world-class shopping experiences, sporting venues, live music and theatre, and some of the world’s finest museums and art galleries.

Ravensbourne is closely connected to most areas of London via the London Underground’s Jubilee Line, and students wishing to explore further afield will find that Europe is easily accessible by rail or from one of London’s six major international airports.

Alumni

Music legend David Bowie, fashion designer Stella McCartney, 2012 Olympic torch designer Jay Osgerby and The King's Speech and Oscar winning producers Simon Egan and Gareth Unwin were all trained here. And thousands more Ravensbourne alumni are making waves across their professions, with many picking up industry awards.

Ophelia Liu, artist, model and winner of Glow Up BBC Netflix S2, was a BA (Hons) Fashion Apparel Design graduate in 2017: "I had an amazing time studying Fashion Apparel Design at Ravensbourne University London. I was taught by innovative professionals who gave me direct industry experience.

"Not only did I have the opportunity to work on London Fashion Week two years in a row, but I was delighted to win the VC corporation's future of denim competition in collaboration with Ravensbourne. It's thanks to my time at Ravensbourne that I have had the confidence and creativity to pursue a career as a fashion designer and make-up artist."

Former Ravensbourne students have also won Product Design Awards and created ingenious edible packaging.

My consultant was very helpful and motivating. She helped me every step of the way, even when the deadline was so close. I feel I could not have done it without her. I'd highly recommend this service to any and all of my many friends interested.
